A user can choose to watch a project, exclusion zone or opportunity. Adding a watch will cause them to be notified whenever a change is made to that project.
Adding a Watch
There are a number of different ways to add a Watch. Watches can be created from the details page of a project, exclusion zone or opportunity via the activity feed, search results or map feature.
Adding watches directly from the map
- Click the Search button
- Pan around the map to find the project you would like to watch
Tip: To reduce the number of projects visible, use the filters – Type(s), Status, Date Range and Owner to narrow down your search. See searching for more information
3. Click on the workperson icon to select your project, exclusion zone or opportunity on the map and click on Watch
The project, exclusion zone or opportunity will now appear in your Watches list.
Adding Watches from the Search Results panel
- Click the Search button
- Scroll through the search results panel to find the correct project

3. On any of the results returned from your search click the View Details button to see more information about that project.
4. Click the Watch button to start watching this project
The project, exclusion zone or opportunity will now appear in your Watches list.
Adding Watches from the Activity Feed panel
- Click on the My Feed button and then on the Activity Feed button
- The Activity Feed will be displayed and you can watch any conflicts or projects listed within this feed
- Click the View Details button on any of the Activity Feed, Opportunities, or Conflicts items to view the opportunity or conflict details.
- Select the project to view the project or exclusion zone’s details and click the Watch button
