SmarterWX Automate supports manually resending a sent response to an enquirer. The response is sent via the BYDA NextGen relay service. This can be used if an enquirer has misplaced or requests a copy of their plans.
Resend response
To resend a response, simply find the previously sent response you wish to resend via search. You can look up the referral number (if you know it) or filter by the enquirer’s details to narrow down your search.

Once you have found the relevant response, click the Resend option. This resends the response via the BYDA NextGen relay service to be delivered to the enquirer’s mailbox using their Before You Dig contact email address.
The resent response will include the original asset plans, email template and attachments as sent in the original response. Note the plan validity period (28 days) will not change for a resent response.
If the enquirer would prefer a fresh set of plans instead, you can encourage them to lodge a new enquiry via the BYDA 1100.com.au website. This ensures their asset plans are valid for a further 28 days.
