As a publisher or administrator, you are able to generate reports on the activities within your SmarterWX Automate.

The reporting function is used to display management reports based on your enquiry history. Reports include:

  • volumes by day
  • time taken to respond
  • listings of enquiry details

and so on.

These reports can be generated into data tables, graphs and charts.

As well as viewing the report outputs in the SmarterWX Automate web application, the reports can be exported as files for offline sharing and analysis.

These file types include:

  • PDF
  • XLSX
  • XLS
  • RTF
  • CSV
  • XML
  • ODT
  • ODS
  • DOCX
  • PPTX
  • JSON

Opening the Report Tool, you’ll be able to select the report type from the dropdown list.

You’ll then be able to set the parameters of the dates of inclusion.

And click Generate Report.

The report will load in the main portion of the screen.

The Report toolbar will appear once an initial report is created.

 

 

From here you can change the report type, update the date range, and view additional pages of the report (if applicable), or choose the format to download the report in.
