Enquiries and their related responses can be exported from SmarterWX Locate as a ZIP or PDF file. Follow these instructions to download your content for offline use.
- Locate the enquiry that you want to export. Use either the Map View or List View to do this. You many need to change the filter settings to find your enquiries.
- Click on the enquiry to open up the details panel.
- Select either the Combined PDF or Combined ZIP button to download the enquiry including all responses. (The PDF file will not contain non-printable files such as DWF files.)
Repeat for each enquiry that you wish to export.
Note: Free plan users can only access enquiries for a maximum of 90 days after lodgement. Enquiries older than 90 days cannot be exported.
